I’d like to add one additional feature, which is not as obvious. Instead of locking in Contexts for every item, you can use tags to add a context when it is appropriate. Because the tags are available at the top of the window, clicking on a context tag reorganizes the window to show all of the relevant items for that context. medical bankruptcy
